Children and extra guest will not be allowed during your appointment.
Please arrive to your appointment with a clean face and groomed brows.
COVID POLICY: Upon arrival be prepared to have your temperature taken at the door. If your temperature is higher then 100.0 degrees your appointment will be cancelled. You will not be able to reschedule your appointment until we are presented with negative COVID-19 test results. Please do not schedule an appointment if you have traveled out of the country in the last 14 days of your appointment, or if you have been exposed to COVID-19. After each appointment the studio and tools will be sanitized. The Makeup Artist will wear a mask and shield for the duration of the appointment.
DEPOSIT POLICY: There is a $50 non-refundable deposit fee to lock in your appointment but that comes out of the total. All deposit and early payments are non-refundable. If a appointments has to be rescheduled you will have 5 days before the deposit will no longer be valid.
PAYMENT POLICY: There is a 3.75% processing fee for all electronic transactions. The remaining balance will be accepted via cash or credit card.
TRAVEL POLICY: For travel appointments please complete the form on the contact page. There is a travel fee of $1.00 a mile from the studio address to the destination.
LATE POLICY: A Late fee of $15 will apply if you are 10 minutes or more late. No exceptions will be made. No call, no show appointments after 15 minutes a $35 cancellation fee will be charged and your appointment will be cancelled.
CANCELLATION POLICY: After the deposit has been completed, should a client cancel a booked event or any service, the deposit will not be refunded. Reschedules will require a new deposit. If the schedule allows you can reschedule your appointment on the same day. A $35.00 cancellation fee will apply for no call, no show appointments.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEED: Makeup will be completed to each client's satisfaction, but is not to exceed allotted makeup time. Ample time is given for each makeup application upon booking. Acceptance of makeup application by client is acknowledgment by client that makeup was done to her/his satisfaction.
SERVICE LOCATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: Location of service for the day- of-event will be at the Makeup Artist studio. If the location of service is not at the Makeup Artist's studio then there are some requirements that the artist will need to complete the service. For all travel appointments please contact to check for availability.
